The restaurant was excellent and most of the staff were welcoming. A great variety of animals and the accommodation was comfortable.
The breakfast wasn’t great and we got stuck in the resort as the bridge that goes over the river isn’t high enough to cope with heavy rain. Also they need to catch up with some maintenance as many things didn’t work correctly.

Location was great, lovely lodge, very good breakfast and a restaurant on site
It’s was very cold. The air con (for heat) wasn’t working (although the manager offered 2 electric fans) they were sufficient and only warmed the bedrooms so the kitchen and lounge were very cold
