Lorenzo was great helping us get our luggage up the elevator and into the private rooms on second floor. Breakfast was fabulous and more than we could possibly eat. Many choices and friendly folks.
Finding our way. Street signs were hard to navigate but once we found it. Rang the bell and got right in. Some stairs to navigate but doable.

Great location, amazing breakfast, very clean, and Lorenzo, the host, is wonderful!!

2 minute walk from Roma Termini so great if using the trains, metro, buses nearby.
Comfy bed (though it was quite small).
Felt secure.
The smallest bathroom/shower ever and I'm an average height, could not sit or use without banging knees or elbows!
Toiletries = shampoo sachets, not even hand soap provided??
Breakfast room was stifling hot (appeared to be AC but not on) and a mostly baked goods breakfast, though generous not for everyone.

Lorenzo is an excellent friendly helpful host. The location is excellent, a few minutes walk from Termini. The room was very old but clean and facilities worked well. The air con was excellent and adjustable to the desired temperature. There was a good and very large continental breakfast. The wifi was excellent. We only stayed 2 nights but the room was made up each day with fresh towels.
The room and bathroom are very small but we managed OK. There is one flight of stairs before you reach the elevator but again we managed OK.
