No nonsense, efficient (we did not see any staff, all contact was on-line and this was fine).

Pros:
convenient location.
15 minutes from Sky tree and station.
Lots of restaurants, supermarkets, konbini nearby.
Clean room, comfy beds, washer&dryer helped.
Flip chart of instructions are on the counter.
Owner was awesome, answered our questions quickly and helped us with all our inquiries.
It didn’t bother us, but fair warning to others, it is next to the Main Street and fire station so if you’re sensitive to noise then it’s probably not for you. The hotel does come with ear plugs if you need to drown the noise.
