Very comfortable and very roomy apartment. Well appointed and good building facilities. Great location across the road from Burleigh beach and close to restaurants.
Rubbish chute is putrid and stinks.

The staff are lovely, and the property is in a very nice location
We were on the 13 floor and we did get a strong smell in the hallway coming from the garbage room that did enter the room also a smell from the drain/ toilet in the ensuite bathroom that we needed to have the bathroom window open all the time.

Location perfect. Close to city centre and beach. Nice and quiet with nice views. Parking and apartment location suitable for a few nights stay. The pool and spa were ok but outdated. Nice addition of vouchers to be used at local surf club and cafe welcome.
We were very disappointed in the presentation of apartment 38 on 10th floor. Lots of things that needing attending to maintenance wise and was expensive for what was offered. The basic cleanliness was not up to an acceptable standard also. We notified management who attended to some issues during our stay however most issues were due to unacceptable cleanliness and poor maintenance.
