The house is in a Gorgeous, secured, family friendly and quiet residential area. I honestly recommend the location 100%. I enjoyed the pool area and the casual chat with residents and visitors. it was not too far from zona dorada, and other attractions, so we were able to enjoy the “tourist attractions” and come back to the quiet very easily.

The house needs some serious cleaning! I understand that when you have a vacation rental, it’s hard to keep up, and guests sometimes are quite gross, but you can tell that cleaning hasn’t been a priority here for a while. We were traveling with another couple and they decided to go to a hotel because they could not sleep in the beds as they were. I try to be understanding, so instead, I went to Walmart, bought some sheets and used those instead of what they had. We were there for 4 nights, and I ended up doing laundry to make sure the bedding was a bit more clean. The fridge wasn’t cleaned nor were the bathrooms. We bought some cleaning supplies and air freshener just to “accommodate “ our stay. There were other items that could be “fixed” or better, but those are not a big deal. If they give the house a DEEP clean, it’s truly a cute, very comfortable property.
