The view is amazing!!!
The pool area is fantastic
The room is big, with a small sofa and terrace. Everything is very clean and organized.

Beautiful view of Ramon Crater. Spacious room. Pleasent staff.
Old and shabby furniture in the room, especially the sofa which was stained and torn. The bath ceramic was cracked and had black stains. Room service lunch was terrible. The pool in the room was "personal but not private", meaning anyone can just look in, a detail which they disclosed only a day before check in. The rooms are not properly fenced either, we woke up from an afternoon nap to find another guest just wandering around in our pool area. Loud music from other guests throughout our stay didn't allow us any real peace and quiet. Marketing this as a "luxury" hotel makes very liberal use of this term. Outrageously overpriced for what it is.
