Las instalaciones en general. Muy cómodo el traslado en carros eléctricos por el hotel
La cama y almohadas de nivel superior.
El personal súper gentil y solícito.
Las opciones en las cartas de los restaurantes muy limitadas.
Había un TV en los pies de la cama que se elevaba y obstruía la visión del ventanal hacia el mar aún sin elevarla

Accueil chaleureux, le Motu est très propre. L'équipe est souriante et toujours disponible pour répondre à nos attentes et besoins. La vue sur le lagon est magnifique et la chambre est grande et spacieuse.
Manque de communication pour le restaurant.. Par obligation nous avons du opter pour un diner en rooom service car plus de disponibilité ; nous aurions aimé le savoir en amont. De plus, il manque un bon nombre de vélos... et ceux présents sont vraiment abîmés.

Le site est absolument exceptionnel , très belle plage, très grande piscine, jardins et vues magnifiques.
Le complexe est très grand et des vélos sont mis à disposition des clients pour se déplacer, cependant il etait presque impossible de trouver un vélo disponible

Sehr tolle Anlage, sehr sauber. Unsere Strand-Pool Villa war fantastisch, würde ich immer einem Wasserbungalow vorziehen. Tolles aufmerksames Reinigungspersonal, sie kamen auch Abends nochmal, um Wasser zu bringen, Betten etc. zu machen. Der Mitarbeiter beim Pool sehr hilfsbereit und überaus freundlich. Es ist schon ein kleines Paradies. :-)
Frühstücksbuffet leider überbewertet und zu teuer dafür, Champagner nicht inklusive. Personal manchmal nicht bei der Sache, quatscht lieber und lässt den Gast 10 min warten. Es gab natürlich Ausnahmen. Viele Steine auf den Wegen kaputt ( wohl durch ein vorherigen Sturm), im Dunkeln leider schlecht - Stolperfalle

The resort is so gorgeous, very lush and well maintained. Food was great across all restaurants on site. Staff are all wonderful, we felt welcome from the second they met us at the airport till the second they dropped us back there. Unlike some other five star resorts, here everyone greets you with a smile and it always felt so genuine. Employees radiated happiness at all times which created such a warm feeling being there. Special thanks to Adrijan Rajkovic who went above and beyond to make our stay special and memorable! Everything went so smooth and we feel so happy, recharged and already thinking of a possibility to come back! It’s was truly a 5 star stay with SO much personalization (I mean we had all the help in our native language which is pretty fascinating to receive anywhere, let alone an island in the middle of nowhere in the Pacific).
For anyone not sure which resort to choose on Bora Bora, choose Conrad - you’ll be amazed how far five star can go!

La vue du Spa. Les nombreux endroits où se baigner. La piscine. Les infrastructures. Le personnel attentif et bienveillant.
La sortie bateau d’une demi journée qui n’était en réalité que 2h30 de croisière car il a fallu faire le taxi pour aller chercher et déposer d’autres clients de d’autres resorts.
On aurait apprécié pouvoir emprunter des paddle rigides et non gonflables.

Our villa was fantastic. I think probably the best overwater villa I've stayed in. Large, lots of thoughtful touches.
The setting is incredibly beautiful.
Quality of food at the restaurants is excellent; breakfast selection is very good and pastries especially are top notch
Staff/Service: for the level of the hotel, service was a bit hit and miss. Some staff were great, but numerous times we had to ask for things multiple times. We had to chase housekeeping a few times where the room hadn't been made-up by 3pm.

The hotel is amazing. All staff are very friendly and helpful. The bungalow is very nice. The beach is pretty.
The view of my bungalow is not good and super windy.
There is not evening activities, we went to bed around 8 pm.

The lodging was perfect, the bed comfy the outdoor plunge pool had great privacy.
would have enjoyed more included excursions such as snorkeling trips daily to the reef , or town tours everything cost extra

Everything! Truly an incredible, once in a lifetime experience! Akane was so attentive to our needs as were all of the staff. It was so nice to be able to take a golf cart to our events in the main part of the resort. The bungalow was out of this world. We loved all the incense and decided to take home a whole big bottle of the Coqui Coqui. The view was incredible, the fish were colorful and the experience was nothing short of inspiring. I can't recommend this place enough. My wife and I look back with tears of happy, happy joy.
Too beautiful, too perfect, too amazing!.... Just kidding. Nothing was unlikeable. The whole experience was incredible from start to end.

It was very clean and the staff were excellent.
The prices really shocked us for the food and drinks. charging $10 for water, $30 for a cocktail and $44 for a burger is a few examples that really made us wonder.

It is literally the paradise. There is basically nothing to complain about the cleaning. The location of how the property is designed. stunning. The staff is great.
- the food was good, but not wow, at least not aligned with the hotel high standards.
- part of the staff refuses to speak any other language then English. Quite strange given the fact that you’re in French Polynesia and some of them were native French speakers. Maybe this is hotel’s policy - this intrigued me as I could not understand why :-))). As long as you’re ok with that, they are very kind, friendly people that are always willing to help.

Staff were friendly and the Bora Bora waters were amazing.
Our room was very expensive for the over water villa and the window would not close so every night the wind would howl and we were unable to sleep. We ended up sleeping on the lobby couches at night. The staff were unable to change our room, or fix the window nor make reparations. It made a huge impact on our honeymoon and we would warn others to consider another location.

Service in restaurants was very disorganized. Food is also mediocre.
Price of the food is ridiculously high.
Charging 150 USD round trip per person to and from the airport which is a 10 minute boat ride is outrageous.
Charging 50 USD round trip per person after 6 pm for the shuttle to the town (which is a 5 minute boat ride) after it’s free during the day is also outrageous. And the last shuttle back to the hotel at 9 pm doesn’t allow one to have a relaxing dinner in town.
