Everything!!! From the minute we booked (large party of 14) to when we arrived ,to our departure- nothing was too much trouble. The staff were all amazing. I cannot fault anything. We also has 3 dogs with us. Hotel so dog equipped too. Even a bath outside with a warm tap and fresh towels. Bowls dotted all around the hotel ,as we're dog biscuits.
Food and bar choice top notch. We all said what excellant meals we had. We didn't even think to go anywhere else as it was excellant. We had a choice of rooms between us from deluxe, double and twin. All rooms decorated beautifully, very comfortable and spotless. Even a tray for muddy boots...Everything is thought of. Great attention for detail.
I can't really single out any one member of staff but special thanks to Scarlett was was a true gem .
We will definitely be returning.
Having to come home!

Staff so friendly and the food was great.
WiFi on the top floor a little slow and maybe the lack of space in the bathroom for personal toiletries but not a major issue.

The property was clean and looked after. Food was 10/10
Staff were very abrupt and every request seemed like you were asking for the world.
