Taro was very helpful in getting us checked in and giving us advice for restaurants.
Several nights could hear noise from drunks in the street. The owner has no control over this but people should be aware it could happen.

Secured centralised location and not worried during nighttime about not finding places to eat or drink. Love the laundry dungeon and friendly, helpful host: Thank you Taro for making my stay a pleasant one.
pot holes on floorings of the apart-hotel, needs a little bit of patching up here and there.

the location is super - in the center, next street to Piazza del Duomo. the rooms were clean. kitchen is inside - teapot, many cups and plates. bathroom was also clean.
the room is too old, even with cracks on the wall - the serious renovation is required. the curtains were dirty. the 2nd floor's ceiling was too low so we had to lower our head to avoid getting hit.
