Mr. Malak , very nice and hospitable. Went to great lengths to make our stay comfortable.
For his services we plan to go again there in 3 weeks and use the same place

Location
There are ongoing renovation works in the building, and the AC is not functioning properly. We had to sleep overnight in extremely hot conditions, almost like being inside an oven.
Additionally, dust has accumulated everywhere due to the renovation works, and there has been no proper cleaning. The current conditions are very uncomfortable and not suitable for staying.
