The location is amazing! Fred is very welcoming.
The street alarm when there is movement in the street at night.

We regularly stay at House on the Hill and we have never been disappointed. The rooms are clean and well equipped, the beds are comfy and the location is perfect (within walking distance from the Waterfront, Sea Point, etc.) Fred was a fantastic host and made us feel at home.
There was nothing not to like.

Location is great
Very noisy at the property next door. Fridge smelt of garlic every time you opened it. Fan was not working. Was replaced with a fan that barely worked. No instructions as how to operate the safe.
