The location was good, opposite town beach, with a sidewards ocean view. it was a convenient walk to shops, coffee and dinner.

Clean & comfortable
Stairs and very poor breakfast for price, small dining area with everyone in each others way to cook own toast or even make a coffee - very disappointing for $20 a head.

The room was a great size
The amount of car spaces. He’s to park up the street.

The view was amazing
Not very clean and advertised as onsite parking. On the second night I returned after dinner with a young child and me and there were no parks. I was told first in first served so had to park up the street and walk down. Also on the third floor and there is no elevator . Hard when when it’s just you and a child to carry all the bags. Staff were also abrupt when my key wouldn’t work.
