Hotel Resol Gifu

Un po defilato rispetto al centro cittadino, a 15 min dalla stazione. Colazione a buffet prettamente orientale ottima .

Excellent room and breakfast. Staff were always happy to help.

Good location and friendly staff

I think the staff is accommodating. I like that we have an air purifier in the room and we’re given fresh towels everyday. Location is pretty nice, too.

1. The furniture needs to be replaced. It had brown stains and it was quite gross, I can’t even imagine myself sitting on those chairs. If the chairs are that stained, I cannot imagine how their mattresses without sheets. 2. Don’t use the towels. They are old and stained! 3. The toilet…simply put: NOT CLEANED WELL! 4. Hair- bathroom had short hair strands and obviously wasn’t cleaned well. I have long hair. I didn’t complain anymore, as I was not in the room most of the time. Also, it just takes a lot of time and effort to complain especially it is an expectation for them to provide clean rooms anyway. (I emailed them directly prior to visiting because I am immunocompromised. Cleanliness is important for me) But if you’re a clean freak, stay away from this place.
