We stayed there for 2 nights.
Very nice room, big fireplace with everyday new wood longs in the room, big bathroom with a spa bath.
The staff was very helpful.
The location is great, with walking distance to coffee shops, Sunday markets and other shops and restaurants.
Lack of two plates and cutlery (fork and knife) in the room.

Costa was so helpful and accommodating when we asked to change our room due to not being able to climb stairs.
The rooms were clean and the bed comfortable and warm.
Although we initially had a great room upstairs, we were moved downstairs due to mobility issues.
The room itself was lovely and clean. I would suggest booking a room upstairs as you can hear everyone walking around in the rooms below

Was a good location
Paid for a room with a bath and didn’t get it, very noisy no sound proofing and need better blinds to be able to sleep in the mornings
