The View from the room is unreal, beautiful. Personal was amazing, everything you might need was there in a second. Parking spot in front of the door, loved it.

I was in there a week with bad weather, so not much to do about it. Hotel is on a frequent street, so it can be a bit loud traffic all night

Staff were unbelievable, nothing was too much trouble

Nothing to dislike at all, staff were brilliant

The staff were polite and generally friendly, and the overall attitude was welcoming. The location is convenient, parking is easy, and the view from the hotel is beautiful. These are the strongest aspects of the property. The hotel has potential and the atmosphere is pleasant thanks to the staff and location.

However, the overall experience does not justify the price of approximately €125 per night. The facilities appear dated and some maintenance issues affected our stay. The bathroom frequently flooded because the drainage was not working properly. There were no mosquito screens on the windows, and we were bothered by mosquitoes throughout our stay. The Wi-Fi connection was very weak and unreliable, forcing us to rely mostly on mobile data. The breakfast was quite limited for a hotel in this price range. The fruit often appeared dry and not fresh, and the overall variety and quality could be improved. In some cases, when issues such as food quality or mosquitoes were raised, partial measures were taken, but the problems were not fully resolved during our stay. Housekeeping was also inconsistent, as the room was not serviced daily during our stay. Overall, the hotel has potential, but significant renovation and maintenance improvements are needed in order for the price to reflect the quality of the experience.
