The facilities, buffet breakfast and dinner, staff have been amazing, all of them the most lovely people who are ready to help you at any moment.
Bathrooms were overall clean but there was some marks in the shower that could have been better cleaned or silicone needs replacing.

The staff were great. Very helpful. The breakfast exceeded our expectations. The pool was very pleasant with lots of pool chairs. Also, the hotel beach area is gorgeous. Take the time to explore the Nusa it has a blowhole.
The Saturday night buffet and meals off the menu were generally disappointing - poor choice and bland. Go to Bali Collection instead. A real lost opportunity by the hotel.
The hotel offers bikes but the restrictions are awkward even if you book. I didn't get my bike when I booked. Very annoying when want to go for a ride in the cool off the morning but the bike isn't available for an hour. Better to hire externally.

Staff were friendly and helpful. The Premium deluxe room was spacious. Air con wasn't too loud.
Didn't like smoking allowed in eating areas and the pool bar. It is really unpleasant to swim in the pool and having smoke blow your way. Also the rooms are not very soundproofed as you can hear noise from the corridor.
