Convenient to castle and shops
The only thing I noticed was that the slatted blinds in the bathroom were full of dust

Lovely hotel all amenities, our room was very spacious and comfortable. It is central to the town easy to identify, when first arriving, and car parking is free.

Breakfast was very good, an excellent choice available at the buffet and the staff were very helpful. The Indian food available in the evenings is excellent if you're staying in. Having EV charging is a great bonus.
The shower was a little slow and when others nearby were using theirs or flushing the loo, the flow dwindled. Other than that there was little to criticise apart from non EV owners parking on the EV chargers when I needed to top up my car. The chargers are only 7kW units so a quick top up isn't possible.

The location was good especially for our trip and the bed was comfortable.
The hotel needs some updating, the decor looks old and tired. Considering the price we paid we were expecting a lot more. The breakfast was OK but nothing special.
