The friendly and accommodating staff were a real highlight of our stay. I unfortunately delayed my checkout by 26 minutes, but the team was incredibly understanding and accommodating.
Additionally, the fridge in our room was not working when we arrived, but the issue was attended to and resolved promptly. The excellent service and willingness to assist were greatly appreciated.
Absolutely nothing! I really can’t complain about anything. The staff were incredibly accommodating and even went out of their way to arrange a smoking area closer to my room, which I thought was brilliant and very considerate of them.
Overall, the level of service and attention to detail was excellent.

Good location.
Service was bad. The property didn’t even provide drinking water. The drinking water can was empty and they said they can only replace it on Monday.
The service staff was non responsive for even things like changing towels.
