Cool it was perfect

Honestly, I used to think that a great hotel like this I loved dealing with the staff They are great at speaking and dealing And the meals are very nice and breakfast was so healthier and I love all For me it's 5 Star

when we came there is a fight in the lobby between a drunk client and the reception it was weird and scary and uncomfortable

Extortion! This was our first family non self catering holiday with our two boys - so we booked a junior suite in order for them to have their own room. We were all put in a double bedroom for the first night and told that it was in fact a junior suite by the manager the next day, who advised to go elsewhere if we weren't happy. This was New Year in Morocco - everywhere was booked. When I was eventually able to get online (not easy!!) and show him what was being advertised as a junior suite he backtracked, put us in a junior suite and offered us a free lunch - but refused to reduce the price of the first night . So we had to pay for the suite for 4 nights even though we stayed in a double room for the first night. The staff were rude, uncooperative and unhelpful and it seemed to me that their sole purpose was to get as much money out of us as possible. When they called cabs for us they inflated the prices and insisted we pay them rather than the driver - so that they could take their cut. Very disappointing. Will not return.

This hotel had more negatives than the positives.

Nowhere near a 5 star.. Horrible breakfast. Cant even provide fresh juice. No fresh bread. The staff hanging around behind our tables at breakfast and giggling. Very unprofessional. I saw a staff using his hands to pick food from the buffet counter. I might give a 2 star for the hotel. The furniture in the room was old and sofas torn in many places. TV did not work. No other facilities in the room.
