It's a 5 minute walk to Surin Beach

The room is advertised as a penthouse with access to rooftop dining area. This area was under construction during our stay, yet at no point before or during our stay were we informed about this. The room is also nowhere near as nice as the pictures. There are stains everywhere, including all over the sofa.

Very happy with everything, Staff were great, Lots of restaurants close by, Easy to hear car / motorbike in short walking distance.

Russians are everywhere, not that I hate Russians, just they can be ignorant 🙄 and have no consideration for others.

Nice apartment with good view.

We like the location as it is not over crowded. Near the beach and many small restaurants

The water was not flowing down at the 2nd bedroom shower so my family had a bedroom with shower but unable to use. I called the reception and we waited long time for them to come but still did not solve the issue. Several hangers were broken when we just hold them, This tells us no one has actually check the rooms. I have booked a Penthouse but was given a regular room which was not what I expected. I had asked the reception and they told me the apartment we had was Penthouse. Quite disappointed. Another thing they should look at is the toilet seat cover, should change into soft cover instead of the seat cover that closed with a bang.

apartment is awful. for cleaning, use aggressive chemistry. two of our three children had a huge allergy. all family members had a headache from the impossible smell of chemistry for cleaning. The younger son had torn all night after the headache, the oldest son had a problem with the eye. it was dangerous to stay there for our family. if you have an allergic tendency, you can't choose this place. We lived 2 nights, but we were required to pay 3 nights 33,000 THB, although it was not our fault and dangerous for health. We refused to pay, but the manager began to threaten the woman at the reception that would deduct 11,000 for the last night from her wages, although I think her salary for a month is about the same and she is only responsible for the reception. I realized that my case was not the only one, but regular.

We were given a new property to stay in, which was really good

Not where we were supposed to be staying. Very last minute change. Location really out the way, cost a fortune in taxis Very high charge for electricity.

it was so comfy, felt like a little home. everything you need within walking distance. we really enjoyed it

the only thing I can think of is an extra blanket for the couch area
