The mattress in room 310 was horrible when in bed we both just rolled into the middle of the bed it was like a pothole in the mattress. it was so bad i had to see a chiropracter to try to ease the pain in my neck we have been to the Atrium many times in the thirty years we have lived here and this is my first complaint so you are not doing to bad at all.we are staying again on october 18th so we will see you then Thank You.

The food was yummy when it was available for purchase.
A lot noisier than I remember.
Not quite the get away I was looking for.

Staff were friendly. The hotel is ageing but still fairly comfortable and very clean
Only downside was having asked for a quiet room, and being put on the ground floor directly next to the bar/restaurant/pool on a big sporting weekend. Was far from quiet.

We were upgraded to a larger spacious room which was nice.
The mattress in our bedroom was much too soft for my liking
