Was greeted by the friendly staff on my arrival with a cold soft drink at reception and shown my villa as soon as it was ready Room service was excellent, great tasting food for breakfast, lunch and dinner. Room was cleaned everyday and any complaints where fixed quickly. Quiet and safe place with plenty of security around. Could easily just stay at the villa the whole time if not interested in exploring. Close to some convenience shops, cafes, massages, laundry, money exchange and other essential services.

Villas are quite old and are starting to show signs of wear and tear but this didn't affect my overall experience. Villa kitchen could do with more cooking facilities, microwave, more pots, pans and utinciles. Location wise you can be half hour to forty minutes from the main areas depending on traffic conditions so it could be hard to meet people if by yourself so suggest somewhere closer to Seminyak beaches and bars for a short walk home.

The pool was stunning, and the rooms are very spacious

We thoroughly enjoyed our room with the indoor lounge area and the private heart-shaped pool. We had a large double bed and a bathtub which our toddler enjoyed. The room was also close to the main public pool, so we could go easily from one to the other. The semi-buffet breakfast was also great, we could choose a main every day, and had access to cereals, fruits, toast and pancakes. Food ordered ala carte during our stay was also given a 10% discount. We all were warmly welcomed and served with smiles at every point of our stay. I received a surprise birthday cake at breakfast, and my son was given food pellets to feed the koi in the pond. I would highly recommend this villa for a chill, relaxing and calm holiday.

The glass doors leading to the bath and toilet area could be a bit awkward. The glass doors could also be the reason the air-conditioning was not very cold.

Villa vibe with hotel services. Good location and lovely staff.

Air con is not cold over the night Door to outdoor bathroom isn’t sealed- bugs come in. Mosquito net doesn’t full on close around bed bugs get in. The design is weird only the bedroom is indoor(AC) the living/ dining and bathroom/ toilet all outside. The food is not extravagant but okay Construction is very loud during the day first hammer starts at 7am The terrain is up/down hill with stairs and limited/difficult accessibility from villa to lobby. The bed is hard and pillows not comfortable. Gas empty Hot water takes 5-10 minutes to get warm Bath tub doesn’t fill up.
