Loved the privacy, having your own pool and space, bed was comfortable, service by all the staff exceptional. Cooked breakfast in you villa, and the location, short walk down an alley from the main. Road through Sanur with lots of restaurants and bars, and across the road from the Icon shopping centre.

Staff were friendly and responded promptly to any queries or problems.
The mattress was way past its use-by date! My wife has back problems which were exacerbated by the mattress; I DON'T usually have back problems but did, every morning I woke up there.
Breakfast staff were great but food choice very limited. We were there for 13 nights with virtually no variation to the "menu". Apart from 1 breakfast (the day after I raised it with a staff member) strawberry jam was the only optional spread to have on toast!
