This villa is situated in the heart of seminyak with all shops and restaurants walking distance. The nearest beach it's located less then 10 minutes away by foot . We had a very warm welcome from the receptionist . Villa is easy to find basically it's in small street i front of sisha Cafe seminyak. The villa itself is big and comfortable. The rooms and bathrooms are spacious. Kitchen is very well equipped and everything is so clean. The restaurant price is reasonable and the common area is big enough with nice pool on the middle. Even though the location is very central and near the main street but it's very quite and calm.

Location was good - not too far to walk to beach. Property was down a laneway away from the noise of traffic therefore nice and quiet.
Pool area was lovely and breakfast was simple but with a good variety of options to choose from.
Staff were very friendly and helpful with a special mention to Kai. :)
Not enough lighting in bedroom. Taps in kitchen and bathroom plus shower head need replacing.

Great quiet location and fantastic value - this is our second time staying at this property and definitely one of our favourite places to stay in Bali - we will definitely stay again when we return.
