Good location close to the station and food and coffee options
The window in my room (level 4) had a very poor lock on it and the room could easily be broken into with a small length of wire. I didn't like that especially as it was evident that the window had been forced before. This is only a problem on level 4 with the rear rooms as there is an accessible walking area outside the window but they should at the very least put a barrel bolt lock on the window as I didn't feel too comfortable walking out for the day and leaving expensive items in the room.

The hotel is very central to all attractions, breakfast is great and the room is very clean.
The room didn't have a window even if the booking was a superior room.
