Location

This hotel used to be perfect for an over night stay. The beds are old and uncomfortable, the bathroom was definitely not clean enough and the phone doesn’t even have a cable. We needed to request more towels. It’s a very noisy hotel

El desayuno, estuve 3 días y dieron lo mismo, en platos desechables y daban mantenimiento al aire acondicionado del comedor justo cuando todos desayunabamos. La TV del lobby pareciera que está de adorno pq nunca la encendieron. Sugiero que a los empleados les digan que sonrían mas

El personal muy amable y siempre dispuestos ayudar

La cama estaba muy incomoda, el servicio de Internet no funcionaba y el desayuno incluido muy básico. En cuestión de relación calidad-precio es una buena opción

Excelente ubicación, cerca de restaurantes y cafés y sobre una avenida muy conectada

Las almohadas muy incomodas, y nunca hubo agua caliente… esta un poco templada pero no caliente.

The breakfast was really poor for that money. If you are a frequent traveller like me, forget that. Also the fact, that the room window can not be openned is very unpleasant. All the humidity is remaining in the room and the air condition does not help . There is a swimming pool outside, but It closes at 18:00 when the people mostly return and want to use It. The staff is friendly , doing all he can do, but I think that a system based on the needs of the guests is missing which is a question to the local Mariott network representatives and trainers.

They don’t have the breakfast they have in their pictures, they actually only have continental breakfast, we had to tell them to put more food out because they they wouldn’t fill the trays out when it was empty.

Be honest with the pictures and tell people the truth about your breakfast also they have a ton of man staying there because they are building the maya train and this guys are disgusting, they kept harassing some of us with their comments. More security..

Pool área wasn’t that good..

We checked in at night but room was not ready until 45 minutes later. There were no towels in the room When we asked for towels they told us that they were being cleaned (that was 8pm) We went out for dinner (without showering) and when we came back, there were still no towels available. We were finally given Pool towels !!! No bath towels available !!! One of the beds looked like it was only straightened out (a couple of hairs between the sheets) Shower curtain has seen better days Bathroom seemed like it was was cleaned in a hurry (mirror not cleaned, faucet dirty … ) In the morning the cleaning lady came into the room (8:30am) and picked up the only towels we had (the beach/pool towels) and left us with nothing so when we went back onto our room after breakfast to brush teeth and get ready to check out, there was nothing to wipe our hands off !!! When I went at the reception to formally complain of the poor quality of service and lack of the basics (clean beds and towels) I felt as if this was a regular thing with this property …. I travel at least 8 times a year for the past 35 years and this is the first time I am presenting q formal complain about a property. Unacceptable!!!
