Good location. Clean and comfortable. Easy secure parking. Any issues we had were solved by the hosts when brought to their attention.

Bed needs replacing soon.

Broadbeach is a lovely part of the Gold Coast to stay. The property was only a short walk to beach, shops and restaurants. Spacious rooms. Staff at reception were pleasant.

Room was maybe a bit older and had more wear and tear than expected but still comfortable.

The address on the brochure and all docs said the accommodation was on Gold Coast Highway but it was not. I walked dragging my baggage up and down the highway looking for numbers without success. I had help from a concierge from a major hotel chain who directed me to Surf Parade and i eventually found you. Please inform future guests of the actual entry to your building.!!!!

It's was in a very good location

The bed amd couch where both very uncomfortable and we had trouble sleep in the bed as you could feel the springs from the mattress in your back.

Excellent location for Pacific Fair shopping, trams and buses also an easy walk to the beach. The pool was a nice place to cool off and has a good sized grassed area for the children to play on.

kitchen, bathroom was renovated

poorly patched up hole in door, blonds dont close properly, sliding door doesnt open, broken locks on back door, sliding cupboard door in the kids room are jammed, built in cupboard in master bedroom is used to store owners own stuff, i found a drill bit under my 3 year old daughters bed while looking for her teddy, cracked tiles, bent out of shape metal door frame, not safe with kids around, furniture is old, at least 12-15 years not hygienic, cushions on couch need a wash they are dirty, front fly screen door doesnt open well hits the floor, its hard to lock from inside which is annoying cause we need to keep it locked for the kids, rusted clothes horse and bedside table there was a dead cockroach next the bedside table in master bedroom, little things like the bedhead of the master bed falling apart, double bed however its 2 singles zipped together so you cant lay in the middle of the bed it hurts your back, no toaster, there was a stain that must not have come off during wash on my sons bed, the hot water finishes when showering so need to wait for it to come back before next person, alot of scuff marks on the walls, glass coffee table not suitable for kids, holes in carpet, stained dining table not what you want to see while eating something, outdoor setting not suitable - once you get the sliding door open with force cause the rollers are jammed you need to open it right up because the old timber setting they have blocks the entrance to the balcony, and there are another 2 chairs which are pointless, new master bedroom door handle put in but around it not patched up and scuffed up, just really daggy. thats what i can remember off the top of my head.

Great location and nice stay. Good for family.
