The room and hotel in general was exceptionally clean.. The breakfast was of very high quality food.. Staff were very friendly and helpful , Nádia was very welcoming .. water decanter always available ..
We were unable to get a room with balcony initially … But did for our last night

location, nice amenities & balcony, great breakfast choices (including GF & Vegetarian), beautiful interior & balcony
Bed was a bit firm -- but seems this is how all Italian beds seem to be so far! *We stayed in 4 different places & all were hard beds, this one a wee bit softer.

Its a really nice hotel in a great part of Italy.
I left a couple of items in my room and they were unwilling to send them on. Citing the poor postal system. Wanted me to organise a courier which would have cost more than the items. I know it was on me to collect everything when I checked out, but what happened to service?

Great location! The rooftop views were sensational. Really good selection for breakfast. Very clean.
Quite a few stairs to access the property (lift once inside), however the staff helped us with our luggage
