Mirage Park Resort - Premium All Inclusive

As a family with celiac, we were thrilled to find a hotel where gluten-free dining was handled with real care. Throughout our entire holiday we never once had to worry about what we were eating, which made it truly relaxing. Beyond that, it's a wonderful place for a family holiday. We enjoyed every moment and are already looking forward to coming back!

We had a wonderful stay at Mirage Park Resort and really enjoyed our time here. The rooms were very comfortable, spacious, and exceptionally clean. Housekeeping did a great job every day, and everything always felt fresh and well maintained. The hotel is also a fantastic choice for families with children. There are plenty of beautiful green areas where kids can enjoy themselves, and the small zoo was a lovely touch — our children really enjoyed it. The staff throughout the hotel were friendly, helpful, and attentive. The restaurant staff especially took great care of us and always made us feel welcome. A special thank you to Mahmut, who works at the middle bar in the garden. He was incredibly kind, friendly, and attentive. His positive attitude and excellent service really stood out and made our experience even better. Overall, we had a great family holiday and would definitely recommend Mirage Park Resort, especially to families with children. We would be very happy to come back again!

Excellent location, a clean beach, and spacious grounds. A fantastic selection of delicious, fresh food. It is very clean, and the staff are highly professional. The rooms are beautiful, and the renovations and fixtures are all new. Thanks to the hotel management, who—on the last day before our departure—finally heeded our pleas and requests to do something about the loud music right outside the windows of our corner room. We were assigned two delightful upgraded rooms in the old building; we were thrilled and didn't want to leave after that.

The hotel markets itself as a family- and child-oriented concept hotel, yet every night there was incredibly loud disco music playing until 2:00 AM. In the final days of August, they even organized DJ performances right in the hotel’s park area, close to the ground-floor corner rooms (where my daughter was staying with her children—one of whom is just a 10-month-old baby). Our requests and pleas to turn the music down after 11:30 PM, or at least after midnight, yielded no results. Complaints from numerous guests—even those on upper floors—about the loud nighttime music failed to change the situation. Many mothers had to put their children to sleep in the hotel lobby or on the second floor near the bar and kids' room, because the music made the windows in the guest rooms rattle, whereas the lobby was completely quiet. The disco music actually intensified during the last few days of our stay. It was only when we were on the verge of calling the police that the hotel managers finally turned the volume down. As it turns out, regulations in Turkey state that loud music in hotels and residential areas must not disturb guests after midnight! Furthermore, a hotel advertising itself as a family- and child-oriented concept should ideally maintain quiet after 11:00 PM. Unfortunately, we only learned this at the very end of our trip. I sincerely hope the hotel reconsiders its concept and makes a choice: either an adult-oriented concept with discos, or a family-oriented concept with quiet after midnight.
