great value for money, great breakfast, comfortable and well appointed room. Easy walk into City Centre. A great North to South stopover and easy access to both the Lake District and Motorway. Large Car Park, Friendly staff

Location was perfect for our requirements. Staff were very helpful and friendly. Evening meal was really lovely. Breakfast was good for what we needed. Very clean.
Looked a little run down in places and mattress wasn’t very comfortable.

Excellent selection at breakfast time, clean and smart rooms with tasteful decor and very comfortable beds
No important in the grand scale of things for one night but the Wi-Fi wasn't working. Unfortunate dinner service was off due to issues in the kitchens but these things happen from time to time

Staff were great. Accommodating and helpful
Tv didn’t work.. shower took ages to warm up. No curtains on bathroom window. Cold and no where to turn heating up. Remote control and tv not working.
£5 for a soda and lime is a but much.
