A fun place to stay in a small but stylish apartment in a lovely freshly updated, clean quaint apartment complex with a delightful courtyard for guests to have their morning coffee & meet other travellers. The apartment is in a great location in the centre of Alfama, not too far from the train station and the centre of Lisbon. The Alfama is a great neighbourhood to explore and there are numerous places to eat in every direction.
Don't leave the apartment door open while in the courtyard (unless you have your key on you). The doors have a habit of closing themselves. We got locked out one morning and it happened to the people next door the very next morning. The host was very helpful. If you are making your own way to the apartment from the train station, make sure you study your map well before you start walking up hill with your luggage. There is a short way and a long way to reach the apartment. We took the long way!

Good quiet location in lovely Albama. Cute property with lovely courtyard. We had apartment 4C which had lovely views of the city and river.
We couldn’t get linked to the WiFi.

Well connected location. The room is good-sized and equipped with everything you might need (i.e. toiletries, towels, kitchen utensils, etc.). It was easy to collect the keys when I arrived and the room was spotlessly clean. I would surely stay there again.
The wifi connection wasn't super reliable.

Bright modern apartment in Alfama. Wonderful views across rooftops to the harbour and river. Apartment with full catering facilities and seperate bedroom from living area.
A lovely courtyard serves as entry to all the apartments and very good soundproofing from any outside noise.
Jose texted excellent instructions to get to the apartment from the Metro and organised our transfer to the airport on our departure at a very reasonable price.

shuttlr from the airport was great and so was entering the property. Clean and well designed.
Small ants in the kitchen were a nuisance.

Loved being in the middle of Alfama, although the hills and stones may not be for all. Really enjoyed the view out the window. Although not large, it was very comfortable and well equipped .
Listed as having laundry facilities, but we're told they were not available as they were being used by staff - even in the evening, which means they don't really have this and the listing is nit honest.

Nice and clean with a very good kitchen with a good stock of implements as well as quite a few spices, also coffee makers, bed was firm but comfortable. Fantastic access to the tourist sites and an abundance of great restaurants. A laundry as we were travelling for 6 weeks.
No TV as it was connected to internet only & was at dial up speed 1.94mbs on checking so unwatchable. Internet was sporadic so mostly I hot spotted from my mobile phone data and limited my use, the previous couple experienced same problems. You can hear people walking in above apartment and talking from next door. Very small shower recess. After 6 nights there we were too late to read an email request to pay bed tax sent 10pm the night before we were leaving early morning at 6.30am.

We had a fantastic stay here! The apartment is lovely and in a great location. It's a short walk to lots of restaurants and city viewpoints, and the 28 tram stop is really near as well. Our hosts were so helpful and even left us a wee treat of pastel de nata pastries in the apartment one day! Highly recommended as a place to explore Lisbon from.

Location of the apartment. Cleanliness of the apartment. Additional transfer from / to airport (organised by host) allowed us to be dropped by the apartment (it would be tricky to find without such guidance).
The pillows were a little lumpy and slightly uncomfortable.
Although it was not a problem for us, the apartment details might include reference to the fact that the area in which it is located is very steep with many steps, few narrow roads, many small alleyways and many lovely small restaurants. This will give extra and valuable information for visitors.

Friendly host to meet us, decent size room with comfy bed, great facilities in the kitchen which helped us save money eating out. Great location too for getting round Alfama and short walk to the 28 tram for getting further afield
WiFi didn't work other than our first afternoon. A lot of reviews say this so can't be a one off.
The other bad thing about being in a ground floor studio is you hear EVERYTHING from the floor above, even the quietest of steps sound really loud.

The location is perfect, as the studio. Diogo is really nice. Alfama is a very beautiful mini town, we really appriciate it. The transport To the airport with Bruno was perfect too. Thank you very much !

I can't believe I forgot to leave a review! The apartment is in every way fantastic!!!
It is lovely, well-equipped, perfect size for a couple. It locates in the heart of Alfama, next to a peaceful cathedral and close to view platforms, transportation, restaurants, and bars.
Diogo is a fantastic and helpful host. Check-in and check-out were smooth, and he helped us arrange an early-morning airport transfer!

We really enjoyed our stay, the staff were very friendly and helpful, the use of the laundry was so helpful and the view from our room was amazing.
Wifi was terrible, TV didn't work, bathroom smelt.

A cosy little apartment with a breathtaking view of the Alfama area. A small living area and with a well equipped kitchen. It was beyond clean, spotless and neat. A portable heater was more than enough to keep the apartment comfortable in december. You can do your laundry in the building.
Wifi was a bit slow. Even after a change it was still not fast.

Perfect spot in Alfama, close to restaurants, bakeries & grocery stores. Apartment was excellent, clean with all the facilities you'll need. Patio area outside was an added bonus!

Very lovely flat in a fantastic location, stunning view and totally quiet. Nearly everything you need is in walking distance (restaurants, minimarkets, attractions, public transport). I'm sure we'll come back...

The guesthouse is located in a lovely Alfama area, next to an old church. It is beautiful but also quiet there. The apartment is quite small but nicely decorated and has everything you need, including a little kitchenette. The communication with the host was efficient. There was also a little welcome present waiting for my arrival. I would definitely stay there again!
