Karpatsky Dvor is a great hotel. We were there for a wedding and the staff couldn't have been more friendly and welcoming. They went above and beyond to make our stay really comfortable and enjoyable. It's rare to find somewhere that the staff actually listen and do their best adapt to your needs and requests. The food and service was excellent too. Comfortable rooms. The spa is perfect, great temperature hot tub, lots of towels, lovely sauna, chilled drinking water. Exactly what we needed for the hangover after a Slovakian wedding.
For what you get for the price, I don't think there is much I can fault, or suggest improving.

The rooms are big with huge and very comfortable beds. The wellness area is exceptional. Everything is super clean. The staff is nice and helpful. The stay definitely exceeded our expectations.
