My villa had everything I could possibly need. It was comfortable and clean. The property itself also has great amenities.

It's nor luxurious, but we enjoyed the 4 nights there. The shuttle bus made the 25 minute walk into town not matter so much. We enjoyed the restaurants (accessed via the shuttle bus, which always knew exactly where the Pink Flamingo is)
We were initially disappointed. For $810 for 4 nights we expected something that was resort-like (though we shouldn't have because proper 'resorts' are much more expensive). It's a long walk from where all the action happens. It looks rather primitive, but within a day, we were quite happy with its non-smart atmosphere! The shower and bed were fine and the extras (like insect repellent) were good!

Lovely swimming pool & private outdoor shower. Garden setting, BBQ in the pool bar & games room all added to the resort feel. Unit was clean, spacious and very well appointed.

Location to centre of Port Douglas, the Balinese vibe, the gardens, the honesty bar and reasonable prices for a beer, the option to use the laundry at no charge. It was quiet and the pool area was pleasant. It is a fully self contained unit if staying longer.
Joe was polite and helpful.
The property is disappointing in terms of maintenance and general presentation needs attention. The state of the laundry facility alone was not great! It looks very unloved.
The bed was hard and the rooms for the price we felt were a lot in comparison and are very outdated.
