Lovely clean, warm room with good blackout curtains, comfortable chairs, table and more than sufficient TV channels if required. Very clean bathroom and linen replaced each day. Excellent to have small fridge with electric jug, coffee mugs and some cutlery with generous coffee, tea and sugar selection.
Nothing to dislike.

The bar area is very nice and staff great. Lots of tea and coffee and milk in the room.
Barking dog in neighboring room. Also the cover on the end of bed dirty and left dog hair on the bed

Spaciousness
The spa being outside in winter meant it was too cold (as the pool was indoors we had assumed the spa would also have been). Wouldn’t have been a problem if we’d been made aware that it was exposed to the outdoor temperatures.

The pool was cold and that was the reason we chose the place, for a in door pool it was cold and my son(7) was looking forward to the stay and was only in the pool for 5 minutes due to how cold it was very disappointing
