Location was great. Breakfast was good and service was quick and friendly

Very convenient position in the village meant everything was within walking distance. Parking and Breakfast were very good. Lift really useful. Staff were lovely, friendly and helpful (Graham? Handyman sorting out a shower mat and towels). Really appreciated that. We would stay here again. Food in the evening was very good. 😊

Overall the hotel was good value for money although a little tired in places. We do appreciate that it isn’t easy to always keep on top of things in a busy place eg Shower in our room needs the beginnings of mould seeing to.

Staff where lovely, location was amazing and the private use of the hot tub and sauna was a big win, drinks and food really good, great atmosphere, love to go back in the winter when the fires are are on.

Its location. It’s at the centre of Betws y Coed The old victorian design of the building.

We honestly like it except for the height og the bed. We never had issues staying in bunk beds in the past, but its height was just too low. You can’t even sit when you’re in the bottom bed. The upper bed will be literally in your face as aoon as you lie down. Although, we like the shower facility, there was inly one toilet shared by everyone. But the positive side of it is it’s working properly.
