Grindelwald Youth Hostel

It was nice and clean, I would like to inform anyone who is selecting this place to be here before the sunset, the climb up with luggage is very hard. But the view when u wake up is awesome

The location

I was double charged city tax, even though I was able to show my booking reservation confirmation that city tax was already included in the price paid. Instead of accepting this written statement and taking the issue up with booking.com the reception staff refused to accept this and told me to pay and that I should take it up with booking.com. This is not acceptable. My reservation is a contract between myself and their booking agent. They should be willing to help customers rather than to completely ignore written facts. On top of that the lady in the kitchen was very stern and unhelpful to all of my party.
