The room was clean and you had access to all the amenities. Staff was efficient and friendly. Bed was a bit soft, but didn't cause any major back aches or neck pain. Huge King Size bed. Balcony faced the reserve so it was private. Great number of spaces to park your car. We took a large van so appreciated the extra spaces. There is also underground parking that is free. Room service was efficient. Ordered the desserts which met expectations.
Information about Breakfast and the restaurant. There was no information in the room or when we checked in that you had to book for Breakfast in the restaurant.

Very close to my wife’s mother.
She was dying so we went up a few times to look after her and prepare for her funeral.
The property is great Except our bed was shocking. We left a complaint about this on our last visit and instead of fixing the problem they put us in another room which was not suitable as I am disabled and need a shower stool only available in the room with the bad bed.
So we took the room with the bad bed I had a great shower but because of the bed I hardly had any sleep.
