Hotel a 5 minuti a piedi dal centro, personale molto cordiale e disponibile, piuttosto pulito. Bello l' ambiente esterno, immerso nel verde.

Stanza umida. Sensazione di letto bagnato. Scarsa illuminazione in camera e in bagno, faretti con luce gialla cimiteriale. Una sola presa di corrente in camera da letto, in bagno mancava.

Asked for clean towels and all they did was fold up and put on bed as they were still wet

A little further away from central Ubud so it’s not as busy but close enough that main attractions are a 10min walk away. Great breakfast, clean rooms. Love the gardens surrounding the rooms. Lovely friendly staff.

Bathrooms were abit older /dark.

Location, pool was cleaned daily .

Needs a deep clean, it felt very dirty and everything needed a good scrub, the doors doesn’t feel very secure, we slept with the chair up against the door! I wouldn’t recommend if you were a solo female traveller. The safe can just about fit your passport and wallet, rooms need brighter lights in bathroom. Not stained sheets. Needs a lot of TLC. Passable for the price, it’s not somewhere you want to be hanging out in your room. But there is a lot to see in the town. They also don’t provide hand soap but still have Covid 19 signs saying to wash your hands. I asked for soap and was told to use shampoo. I went and brought my own soap,I asked for more hangers and was told no. The staff weren’t helpful at all. I wouldn’t recommend but if you’re on a tight budget it’s passable
