The properties very well maintained and it’s in the prime city area, very beautiful place to stay

There is nothing about the property which I don’t like, however, there is a suggestion that if they feel there is so much of rush hour at 2 o’clock, then they should have a courtesy to save the customer to wait for sometime. Mostly people are not responding there when a customer is reaching for their check-in.

Had to pay extra for early check in Had to insist on a change of room due to leaking toilet Second room shower area needs deep clean and refit of broken parts, took photos to show Had to argue for 10% discount on food and drink, particularly alcoholic drinks as this is not specified as outside the offer. Were disturbed late at night to pay bar bill as “not allocated” to room despite a 160000 rupee being held on card, no 10% applied General cleanliness of hotel corridors, rooms Compensation for not applying 10% was a free taxi to airport
