Very comfortable and warm

The location is amazing and the room is quiet, clean, had everything I needed. The bed was comfy, the kitchenette extremely handy and the whole feel of the place was relaxed and modern.
Parking was a little tight sometimes (there was an area fenced off, but I’m sure that’s just short term). It certainly wouldn’t stop me from staying again!

Room was large, clean & beds were comfy but it was missing a chair for a third person in our room booked for 3. Communication was pretty good but took a while for them to respond to messages on Booking.com faster to ring directly
How noisy it was but that was cos our room was near road & footpath. A fence might help block out some of the noise
