A well equipped and spacious hostel.Good kitchen facilities.Close to rail station, about 200 yards.Ten minutes on foot from centre. All the things you need from a hostel.Ingenious payment and self entry system at front door which worked well.Helpful staff.
Limited reception hours and slam locks on doors, so keep an eye on your door keys.

Easy to reach from the train station. Family rooms available as well as a communal kitchen. The breakfast is simple but nice enough. Beds were pretty comfy. Terrace outside when the weather is nice.
The room door makes a loud click when you close it. This makes is impossible to visit the bathroom quietly at night. No wall hooks or storage other then a small sidetable. Room next to communal kitchen was noisy in the morning. Some of the pillows were really flat and limp.

Perfect location for a short stay in Flensburg, nice garden facilities
I find it rather expensive - it is still a hostel and not a hotel, e.g. we have to make the beds ourselves etc.

The location was very convenient, close to the main sights and the train station. The staff on site were kind, friendly and always ready to help. Check-in was flexible and both check-in and check-out were quick and easy. There were complimentary tea bags for guests, which was a nice touch. The shared kitchen was clean and had almost everything we needed.
Some issues we experienced during our stay included food we had left in the shared kitchen fridge in the morning disappearing by the afternoon, even though we had followed all instructions and labeled it properly. The shower drain was clogged, so water drained very slowly. The sink needed some repairs, and there were drafts coming in from the window. Also, the bed sheets had some stains when we arrived.
