Good parking, food and bar on site

The breakfast was excellent. The service was good . the room was comfortable.
I wish that I had been informed about the parking. We ended up carrying suitcase etc. from the shool. I the moved the car in the morning the save carrying it all back.
A short rail is needed on the top landing. the steep step was difficult.
Just for reference. although we knew the way to Bala from Chester. We had not noticed before the lack of signposts for Bala. the first was by the Druids!

Breakfast was good and evening meal was good. But I would have liked more information on the menu about the food. I am coeliac and there was nothing on the menu to indicate which items were Gluten Free
The beds were appalling. The mattresses were tired and saggy with the springs digging into your back. Because I booked late the only option was a family room. There was a double and two single beds. I tried them all and they were all very uncomfortable
