The dinners were ok not great. Neighborhood restaurants were much better.

I have stayed at this hotel 3 times now and that was the first time I was truly disappointed, first, the room that has been assigned to me wasn't clean enough and was out dated, small things that are missing and broken. While eating a sandwich at the lobby i have been asked to stop since the hotel does not allow food from outside, I find it so 1985, this is a lobby, not a restaurant, there are another ways to encourage ppl to eat at your restaurant, forbidden them from eating any other food is not a good one...

The breakfast buffet was the best I've ever had. Great options and the hours were amazing. Room and bathroom were clean.

One of the hotel staff was pushy and is eagerness to assist soon became annoying. He was offering his own services instead of just answering questions about how to get around town. Lunch and dinner options were overpriced in comparison to what was available out in town. The floors of my room were in disrepair. One night there was a cacophony of noise until 2:30am. Possibly coming from the casino which was down the hall from my room.

Friendly, competent and accommodating staff! From General Manager to everyone else. And Maria , (tall with glasses), from the office, perhaps in HR, muy, muy bonita!! 😍 If I may say so.

My misunderstanding of trying to tip additional amounts for my meals and drinks. My own ignorance of the local customs and culture. 😁

The staff was friendly and very accommodating. Breakfast was very nice.

My room needs to be refurbished. The tub needs to be replaced. However, my friend had a junior suite with a jacuzzi tub. It was gorgeous. So, I am hoping they are remodeling all the rooms.

Room was spacious and awesome. Breakfast buffet was fantastic. Restaurant on the property. Casino behind the hotel which we did not frequent. The staff was wonderful and a special thanks to the Bell Staff.
