Personnel disponible à l accueil de l hôtel.concernant l appartement un rafraîchissement de la salle de bain et chambre à voir.
Au niveau de la thalassothérapie les casiers pour vêtements sont à codes et ne fonctionne pas on reste un temps infini et du coup retard en soin et soin refuser.apres demande soin remplacer mauvais endroit indiquer par l accueil donc au lieu de 15mn de soin 10min.en plus d un soin remplacer par un autre cause de machine en panne.un seul jaccuzi 10 min par personne non respecté.

studio apartment wasn’t great. coat hangers were broken, Hoover pipe was broken. no soap. dirty kitchen sponges. not enough plug sockets. no air conditioning.

Bike storage was secure, room.was big
Shower hose had to be held to use it as was plastic and threw water sideways. A couple of teabags would have been a nice touch. Outside pool was closed but advertised as open. To use inside area there are extra charges. I think for the price paid sheets should be taken off the bed by staff not me

I was discriminated against because of my tattoos, was told that I had to pay €200 incase I “damaged” the room? the people booking in after were not asked to pay? the bathroom smelt of sewage. The fridge was very noisy and there was a constant whistling from a vent. We had to make our own beds and the skirting boards were very dusty.

The pool is an extra €8 per person. Bring thongs(claquettes).
The restaurant is very good!
Bike parking is not very secure.
Make the beds for the guests, it’s a hotel!

Great location 3 minutes walk from the beach. Clean, comfortable apartment.
This was my fourth stay at the hotel. For the first time I was disappointed. There was absolutely no indication on the website or in our booking information warning us that the hammam, sauna and hot tub were inaccessible, only the pool, even then with limited features. No compensation given for this. Deceptive marketing. Despite this, I will come back once all the spa features are open again as the location and other facilities offer good value for money.

We ( family 3 persons) liked this place - nice quiet hotel , testy breakfast , spacious room, fitted kitchen.
Two things to improve:
1. Room cleanliness (at least garbage disposal).
2. Advertise to tourists than swim short is forbidden into the swimming pool and must have only a slim de bain ( swimsuit boxer)!
