Everything except the soundproofing. Staff very friendly, helpful. Rooms spotless. A/c and hot water works Kitchenette well-equipped. Little balcony too! Excellent location for nightlife but loud.
Despite 3 sliding doors, noise from motorbikes, tuktuks and drunk Thai people in front of 7 continued till 4am...andnloud enough to prevent sleep on 3rd floor. They are glass, netted, glass but not glazed.

It was close to where our family stayed and we could park our car that's why we booked from the first place.
The friendly staffs and free shuttle tuk tuk to the sky train station and free parking space for the guest who has cars complimented the dated and lack of renovation place very well.
The mattress and sofa in the room had bugs which itched us badly
The room wasn't sound-proofed so at nights it was pain to fall asleep due to the crazy traffic and drunken people on the road we had to get earplugs to be able to sleep.
No place to hang our towels and to dry clothes for such a spacious room
