Great location within walking distance to many restaurants, shops and attractions. Also, the location felt a lot safer than other known areas where some hotels were located.
Only issue was outside noise but that was to be expected and we knew that would happen with our location, the comfortable beds helped us sleep through it!

Plenty of space in the 2 bedroom apartment for our family of 4. Plenty of shops, restaurants, bakeries, and taxis close. Nice balcony with chairs to sit on. Our apartment faced a courtyard so we didn’t have street noise. Good AC for how big the apartment was! Well equipped kitchen w a washer.
Nothing- we would stay here again.

I loved the location. There were many restaurants and markets nearby. The location felt safer than other areas. Easy to get picked up by Uber and taxis at the corner. There was a small elevator which helped a lot saving us the stairs. The staff was easy to communicate through WhatsApp.
The apartment was smaller than we thought but not a deal breaker. We could have used a heater in the patio. It was too cold to sit outside.

Nothing. The property was not suitable and we made this clear at the time. They were not available to help with the problems we faced.
No one was there to meet us. Parking was inconvenient. Then they had an elaborate system by which to enter one building to gain access to a lock box to access the apartment in another building. The facilities were not as advertised. No sofa bed was made up and the room smelt mouldy and dusty. We would not recommend this property.

All in all we were super happy with the stay. 5th floor apartment with terrace and a street view was fabulous and a great surprise.
The only minor thing which hopefully can be improved are: hot water supply. The heater probably can be upgraded to a bit more powerful. An extra set of towels would be a plus.. As I said - not a deal breaker at all.

The old fashioned style of the apartment, everything worked well
The reception keep emailing & messaging me for early payment with online check in and charged a very large cleaning fee Also required a $500 Euro bond on the credit card. Also gave us the wrong information about storing luggage after checking out on a Sunday as the downstairs concierge we found to be closed on the weekend. It took several phone calls to discover the reception was open on the 3rd floor and could take our luggage. The security safe was locked and unusable

The property is well located within 20-25 minutes to Sagrada Familia; with lots of atmosphere but not as frantic as La Rambla. The apartment was spacious and comfortable, with everything you need to self cater for the occasional meal, but there are great bars and restaurants right at the doorstep.
Our six foot plus son found the shower cubicle to be a bit small.

great location, very nice apartment and we enjoyed our stay.
The staff mentioned several times that we had to clean up after our stay otherwise may not receive our deposit back. and that is after the fees included cleaning fees.

Staff was very friendly and accommodating. Location was perfect, away from the hustle and bustle yet close enough to walk. Cafe's and restaurants were on the same block. I would stay here again!!

Excellent location w lots of shops and eateries. Apartment has lots of Spanish charm, comfortable enough to sleep group of 9 w 4 full bathrooms. Working elevator w office next to apartment that keeps your luggage until check in.. Great a/c unit

Good location, close to a lot of tourist attractions and metro stations. Lots of supermarkets, shopping opportunities and restaurants nearby.
The apartment itself is spacious and well equipped. You have a functional dishwasher, coffee machine, toaster, washing machine and drying rack.
Honestly for what I paid it was not a bad stay, I cannot complain.

The BCN Rambla Catalunya Apartments are located within a short walk of Passeig de Garcia and Plaça de Catalunya. The Diagonal Metro station is 100 metres away. Casa Mila could be seen from our balcony and we watched the ‘Warrior Rooftop’ illuminations in the evening. There are lots of supermarkets and bakeries nearby and it felt like a home from home. Communication with reservation staff was excellent - even after we had missed the check-in time(!). Thoroughly recommended.
There was nothing that distracted from our stay. The property was located within the heart of Modernisme and fully met our expectations.

Location very good and convenience, staff very friendly and very helpful, they're so nice and helpful for everything, very quick response for all question and very supportive. Room very clean and facilities all good, full equipped.
I should stay longer, next year I will......

Reassigned apt from 103 building to another without asking. Checkin times not as advertised. Leave earlier. Insufficient staff. 2 towels for 5 day and one set of paper towels insufficient. Kitchen not well stocked. Not enough garage bags as expect you to clean and empty garbage yourself. No instructions on how to use kitchen appliances or Tv. Hallways poorly lighted.

I loved the thoughtful gestures, the quick communication, the style of the apartment was lavish, and the location was unbeatable! I would stay there again without a second thought!

Very cozy apartment, well equipped, very clean, very friendly staff.
The ventilation of the bigger bathroom was very loud and waked others up at night, especially the ones sleeping in the bedroom next to the bathroom.

Spacious and clean with balcony.
Can use washing machine and hanger.
Good location with 5 mins walk to Diagonal or Provença Station.
Quite silence and have a good sleep.
The owner is responsive to enquiries.
The wall is too yellow. Also, there is a quite terrible picture on the wall that a man always stares on you. It made us feel not comfortable.
There is a elevator but there are still few steps that we need to take our heavy luggage upstair.
Besides, 500 Euro deposit is a bit expensive.
