Great location, great facilities, nice modern spacious apartment

The location was good and the beach view was beautiful. The appartment itself was spacious and well set out. I found the beds comfortable the pool area was clean and usable however small it would be busy in peak season.

The male manager was exceptionally rude. I was unable to park my Kia carnival in a tiny spot surrounded by poles and was expected to park there daily having to do 35 odd corrections and he told me "a learner driver would get it into that spot" after telling him we just want a different spot he said to my husband " maybe next time you should drive not her" I was glad that the apparent didn't require us to have further contact with the 'managers' based on that experience. I had to rewash all dishes used and because people are made to quickly clean up before they leave in the morning the bowls had mould growing in them probably due to been put away wet. The cooking items also need some attention there was a lot but also was not hygienic and old and teflon scratched. You are only given your cleaning list a night before you leave someone flicked a note under the door which we found weird I've always just had it in booking.com messages. There was also no basic cleaning supplies for the kitchen apart from a tiny amount of dish soap. Not even bin bags. I also found there was way to much climbing hazards on the balconies close to the edge I made sure to push everything back as you can't lock the doors to stop kids going out even though mine are always supervised still a scary thought having a toddler stand on a table that is against a balcony edge to then fall from two story's up!

Amazing views, back gate to beach and walking/bicycle path, underground car park for 7 bikes, heated pool, bus to SeaWorld out the front, dishwasher, washer dryer all in great working order, aircon in all 3 bedrooms and lounge, only carpet in bedrooms, 2 great balconies. Crisp clean sheets and towels.

Stunning view. Woyld be an ideal location for summer swimming

Property is looking a little tired. Could do with a lick of paint. Tidy and clean withoyt being modern.
