Sunday Hotel Al Barsha Dubai Mall of the Emirates Formerly Grand Excelsior Al barsha

I had a wonderful stay at this hotel and truly enjoyed my experience. The hotel was clean, comfortable, and welcoming, but what made my stay even more special was the outstanding service from the reception team. A special thanks to Miss Tizita, Mr. Shelton, Waqar, and Subhan for their exceptional hospitality. They were incredibly friendly, professional, helpful, and always greeted me with a warm smile. They made me feel welcomed from the moment I arrived and were always ready to assist whenever I needed anything. Their kindness, positive attitude, and excellent customer service really made a difference during my stay. I truly appreciate all their efforts and would highly recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a comfortable stay with excellent hospitality. Thank you, Miss Tizita, Mr. Shelton, Waqar, and Subhan, for making my stay so enjoyable. I will definitely be happy to stay here again! ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐

Location is good.towels

No parking available. It is very strange in Dubai that the hotel doesn't avail parking's to its customers. The hotel mentioned parking there based on availability but was not available during my 5 days' ⁷stay. Towels were not available upon arrival and need to call housekeeking/room service to provide Towels.

Service was not good at all no valley parking or self parking no one helping for luggage and within check in no one explains which facilities are available and in which area, he didn't inform me which restraunt i shall take my breakfast as well as working time, additionally I received my room without any towel and i had been requested it three times and kept wait for half an hour to receive it , at night I can't sleep from the night club which was working till 4 am with too much noise
