Since it’s per friendly, there will be instances that dogs will bark, we had received too much complain but when i arrive at my room they are quiet, you must understand that dogs will bark if there are noise from the hallway or when they will be left alone but they will only bark after a few minutes. Also inform the other guests that doesn’t have a dogs that the hotel is pet friendly and barking and a little noise cannot be avoided. Breakfast selection can be improved. But Love the coffee ♥️ The outside pool was nice too, however we were looking forward to try the glass pool but it was under maintenance. Sauna, the open play area and the free tennis are 💗 This is not a complain just fyi, the person handling the requests online did not inform the hotel about our requests as we are celebrating birthdays that time, they said they will do something a lil special but never received anything.

The location is great, the hotel is maintained well, and the staff is professional and accommodating - they really are great!

(MENU ISSUE - Issue #1 of 2) The menu is inaccurate and management has done nothing to correct it. There are other prior reviews from other people that mention this point. I ordered a Pepsi, which is on the menu, but they brought a coke. When I called room service they said they don’t have Pepsi. In order for the hotel/management to be more professional they should either update the menu or have a room service representative call the room to ask if it is ok for them to provide a coke instead. At the end of the day this is a trivial issue but it does provide some insight as to how the hotel operates - do they overlook the small points? Also, I ordered a large Evian water bottle (32 AED) from the menu; however, they brought a large Aquafina water bottle and charged me the same price as the Evian (32 AED). Evian is a higher quality water than Aquafina but management refused to deal with the issue and informed me, via one of the lower level staff, that nothing will be done to adjust the price because Aquafina and Evian are the same quality. I was surprised with the management’s stance on this matter; however, I understand that during tough financial times some choose to cut corners and not act in the best interests of the customer or hotel brand. (ROOM RENOVATION ISSUE - Issue 2 of 2) The renovated rooms look more contemporary than before; however, the room I stayed in (Deluxe room) had an issue with the phone. The phone line wire that inserts in the back of the phone was broke and kept falling out. The room had no floor mats or rugs to break up the cold floor. It seemed like a room you would reserve at a property that was right on the beach. Even the hotel lobby has a large beige rug with furniture that adds warmth. The way the furniture is arranged in the room is like an old fashioned dance hall with a large center open area with furniture placed on the perimeter. I rearranged the furniture myself to make the room feel more like a livable space.

Some building works going on at the hotel but that was not an issue for me. Room very clean and staff were their usual polite and friendly, big thanks to Barry at the pool bar who looked as us.. he was a busy guy🤣

The property needs to upgraded and there is on gaining renovation in the hotel and that was annoying
