This property was wonderful. We loved the balcony, the view, and the goats next door. The kitchen was great and well appointed.

Pietro was very kind to pick us up at the post and bring our bags up the stairs to our apartment he also brought the bags down from the apartment and took us to the post. The view from the terrace was beautiful! We were able to do our laundry at no charge. Very nice stay.
Some of the residents were stand offish and apparently did not like tourists in their city. Overall is was a pleasant stay.

Room was clean, spacious and airy. Our host Pietro was very friendly and helpful. The view of the lake and mountains was fantastic. The kitchenette was well equipped including a toaster and kettle, which is not always the case.
Only a minor quibble, but the kitchenette could do with a new non-stick frying pan. The one provided had seen better days and was definitely no longer non-stick.

views to die for, ideal location for hiking, we walked out the property and had an array of wonderful walks. recommend summiting neiderbauen for exceptional views

Wonderful view, large rooms, kitchen well equipped, shop and restaurants close by.

The view from the terrace is stunning. The apartments is spacious and is equipped with virtually everything you can think of for a vacation stay - from good coffee and tea and very lovely toiletries, trough umbrella and ironing board and even electrical outlet adapter in case you'll need it. When we asked for some advise the host shared a very helpful information, including about interesting local events.
We enjoyed very much our stay and recommend the place.

Excellent location at the foot of Kwenelalp and overlooking the lake. just breathtaking. was very surprised at how well the kitchen was equipped with large, medium and small pots. having many intolerance to food, it was great to cook my own.

This place is amazing. It has a beautiful lake and mountains view from the balcony. It was just a right size for 3 of us. Apartment is very clean and beds are comfortable. The host Pietro is very friendly. He gave us a lot of information about restaurants and siteseeing. My family visited us and Pietro let them park their camper for free for few nights. I highly recommend this place and plan to come back in a future. Thank you for everything Pietro! You exceeded our expectations..

The view from the balcony was outstanding! We would like to visit here again. The host was very kind. He gave us a lot of tips for sightseeing this area and they were really helpful for us.

The BellaRosa is located in a wonderful place with a spectacular scenery view. The accommodation is comfortable, fully equipped and quiet. It is located in a small and a very quiet village. The owner is a very kind person.
The village is located up to the mountain,. There are many activities to be done depending on your taste and the season of the year. Concerning the distance, I would suggest you have your own car because it is not close to the train stations despite there are some buses but with a car you will have more freedom to go where public transportation will not normally take you there.

House is well equipped to cook at home.
Emmetten village has a supermarket open on sundays!

Clean and well equipped. Great location with both engelberg and Andermatt available for day trips and skiing.

- location: the balcony enjoys a good view of the lake of Lucern.
- the room was pleasant and comfortable.
- Kitchen is totally prepared for spending some nights there with decent food.
- Emmetten is an excellent starting point to visit the area of Central Switzerland.
- cleanliness: the bathroom had a strong smell of humidity and there were tens of flies and ladybugs in the room. There were several spiderwebs with trapped flies, especially in the high ceiling.
- relax: our host appeared at 8.15 am on a Sunday to collect the payment (only cash accepted!!). Maybe they should find other payment arrangements.
- the furniture on the terrace was cheap, simple, and uncomfortable.
- the price is indeed too high for what this property offers.
